Deputy Principal, Mbarara Bible Institute. Milton is married to Anne; and they have two children. He trained
at Wheaton Theological College USA, the Cornhill Training Course in the UK and at Uganda Christian University
for Ministerial Formation. He has extensive experience working amongst students since 1995. He served with
FOCUS (the Ugandan equivalent of UK’s UCCF) for 12 years and served as Dean of Students at Uganda Christian
University one of Uganda’s largest universities. He is currently lecturing at Uganda Bible Institute, Mbarara.
