Oversight for Living Word Uganda is provided by a board of 5 directors. All have a tremendous passion and proven track record for the faithful teaching and preaching of God’s word to students.

REV. MILTON TWEHEYO

Deputy Principal, Mbarara Bible Institute. Milton is married to Anne; and they have three children. He trained at Wheaton Theological College USA, the Cornhill Training Course in the UK and at Uganda Christian University for Ministerial Formation. He has extensive experience working amongst students since 1995. He served with FOCUS (the Ugandan equivalent of UK’s UCCF) for 12 years and served as Dean of Students at Uganda Christian University one of Uganda’s largest universities. He is currently lecturing at Uganda Bible Institute, Mbarara.

Rev. Rodgers Atwebembeire is a teaching elder in the Reformation Church in East Africa (RCEA), and the East Africa regional director for the Africa Centre For Apologetics Research. Rodgers is a graduate of Uganda Christian University where he completed a Masters in Organisational Leadership and Management after acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies with Education from African Bible University. Rodgers is married to Prossie and together they are raising 5 children.

Dennis is the former senior Pastor at Lugogo Baptist Church. He currently also served as the University Deputy Vice Chancellor (Development and Partnerships). He has a passion to mobilize the local church in Uganda to engage in missions. Dennis is married to Yvonne Kilama and they have two sons and one daughter.

Bosco is the Pastor at Ssenge Baptist church and is married to Heidi and together they have four children. Bosco works as a trainer of Equipping Pastors Worldwide, where he engages in training pastors in expository preaching. He is also a catalyst of Together For The City, a local church planting network in Kampala where he and others engage in fostering collaboration of churches, training of leaders in Kampala to plant and revitalize healthy churches.

Yosamu is a seasoned banker and financial services professional with over 20 years of commercial banking experience. He is a trained accountant, an associate of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK (ACCA). He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School (Heriot-Watt University) in Scotland UK. He is currently the Managing Consultant for Banar Collections Ltd, a corporate debt management firm where he oversees the growth of the debt portfolio under management and income growth through the deployment of the right people, processes, and strategies. He is married to Eng. Sandra Atukunda, and they are raising 6 Children. Together they are involved in marriage ministry and have been fellowship leaders under St. Francis Chapel Makerere Married Fellowship Ministry.
